Protein Sequencing
Enzyme Research Proteomics are pleased to offer a rapid and simple 3 step
protein sequencing service. The process is fully automated and utilises Edman
degradation chemistry.
STEP 1
Send us your purified sample, either as a 30-150 ul liquid or a
PVDF blot together with a completed questionnaire.
STEP 2
On receipt we undertake a fully automated N-terminal
analyses using Edman degradation chemistry.
STEP 3
We expedite sequencing and provide by email your N-terminal
sequence data.
Protein sequencing is performed on high purity material.
Should the desired protein be present in a heterogenous mixture,
ERP is able to offer its protein purification and electrophoresis
service to purify the target protein prior to sequencing.
