Oligonucleotide Synthesis

Enzyme Research Proteomics' oligonucleotides are synthesised according to your specifications and requirements. Oligonucleotides are routinely supplied unpurified in 0.16 mg, 0.8 mg and 4 mg quantities with larger quantities available on request. Further purification is available via HPLC (90-97%), C18 cartridge (90-95%) or PAGE (99%). A wide range of labels, modifications and base substitutions are also available. All oligonucleotides undergo UV analysis to assess the quantity synthesised and ensure elimination of salt residues.
