Peptide Synthesis

Enzyme Research Proteomics will meet your needs for large or small quantities of peptides (1-2000 mgs). ERP utilises the tBOC method of solid phase synthesis using a polystyrene resin. The peptides can be supplied at standard purity (greater than 85%) which is sufficient for antigenic peptides for immunological applications, or high purity (greater than 95%) for bio-active and intracellular studies. All peptides are supplied with a HPLC profile and mass spectromatogram for verification of purity and molecular weight. ERP also offers peptides conjugated to various proteins (BSA, KLH, PPD, Thyroglobulin) for immunological studies.
